Frances Townes
On Friday, April 3rd, 2015, the Space Sciences Lab hosted a celebration of the life of Dr. Townes at 2 PM in the Addition Conference Room and Lobby. Speakers included two former Lab directors and several of Charlie’s close colleagues. His wife, Frances Townes, was the guest of honor. The event was followed by a reception.
